USCPAの次なる目標として、MBAの準備に取り掛かりました。
MBA出願には（大学が指定する）TOEFLなどの必要最低点をクリアする必要があったので、再び「英語の勉強をする」ことが必要となりました。
MBA留学準備のために（日本の）予備校に通って準備する人も多いのですが、これまで独学で英語力を身に付け、USCPAも独学で合格できたこともあり、MBAの出願も自力で準備することとしました。
TOEFLに必要な英単語を短期間で集中的に覚え、その後は、Amazonから洋書問題集を取り寄せ、これを片っ端から解きました。USCPAの勉強法と同じシンプルな方法です。
幸いにも、1年弱でMBA出願に必要な準備が整いました。
As I gained confidence in my USCPA studies, I began to consider my next goal: pursuing an MBA.
While continuing my USCPA studies, I also started gathering information about the MBA application process and its timeline.
After passing the USCPA exam, I immediately began preparing for my MBA applications.
Since obtaining the minimum TOEFL score required by business schools was necessary, I had to ”study English”.
Many candidates in Japan attend prep schools to prepare for the TOEFL or GMAT, but I decided to prepare on my own since I had developed my English skills through self-study.
First, I focused intensively on learning the necessary vocabulary in a short period. After that, I ordered several English practice books from Amazon and worked through them one by one.
This straightforward method was the same one I used for my USCPA studies.
Fortunately, I was able to achieve the required score for my MBA application in just one year or less.
