背景

パンデミックに関する助言や気をつけるべき「症状」（symptom）や「感染を予防する」（prevent infection）対策について「役立つ大量の情報」（tons of useful information）がオンライン上にあります。

州によっては、「失業保険のオンライン申請」（apply for unemployment insurance）を可能にするための策を講じたところもあります。ただ、誰もがそこまで「サイバーリテラシー」（cyber literacy）があるわけではありません。

「デジタルデバイド」（digital divide）は、アメリカ社会の「階級格差」（class division）を反映しています。インターネットをすべての人に行き渡るようにする「必要性を強調」（underline the need）し、デジタルデバイドをなくさなければなりません。
